Salon Coaching with Billy Lowe:
$4,500 per month, a 3 month minimum is required.
An initial phone interview and questionnaire will be conducted to better understand your business needs
- A weekly 30 minute coaching call with Billy Lowe personally
- Daily and weekly analysis of your business (service and retail efforts)
- Support with seasonal event and retail promotions to grow your business
- Client assessment and retention strategies, working smarter not harder
- Team strategies and collaborative projects to nurture staff relationships
Business consulting: Please call with information about your project or event. Our rate is $250 an hour for business consulting and there is a 10 hour minimum on all projects.
